At Bella Vita Luxury, we strive to ensure your fragrance and skincare journey is seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account or visit our Support Portal to submit a return request using your Order ID and email address within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, seals are intact, and the original packaging is preserved. Our team will review your request and images for approval.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost. Please hand over the securely packed item to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
